1. About Llavis Auto

Llavis Auto is an online car marketplace that connects car buyers with verified UK dealers. We also provide AI-powered tools to help dealers manage and sell their stock. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Llavis Auto is operated by Leadballoon Agency. Our registered address is available on request at hello@llavisauto.com.

2. Using the Platform

For Buyers

• Browsing and searching is free and does not require an account
• Creating an account (for saved cars, alerts, and chat history) requires a valid email address
• Vehicle listings are provided by dealers. We display this information in good faith but do not independently verify every listing
• AI car advisor responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important details directly with the dealer
• Llavis Auto is not a party to any transaction between you and a dealer

For Dealers

• You must provide accurate business information including your company name, address, and FCA number (if applicable)
• Vehicle listings must be accurate, up-to-date, and comply with UK consumer protection law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
• You are responsible for responding to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• You must not list vehicles you do not have legal authority to sell
• AI-generated descriptions should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings regardless of how the content was generated

For Sellers

• When listing a vehicle for dealer bids, you must be the registered keeper or have authority to sell
• Vehicle details (registration, mileage, condition) must be accurate
• Accepting a dealer bid creates an obligation to sell at the agreed price, subject to vehicle inspection

3. Accounts & Authentication

• We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account
• One account per person or business. Do not share account access
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. AI Services

Llavis Auto uses artificial intelligence throughout the platform:

• Car Advisor (auto.js): An AI chat assistant that answers questions about vehicles. Responses are generated in real-time and may occasionally be inaccurate. The advisor is not a qualified mechanic, valuation expert, or financial advisor.
• Description Generator: AI-written vehicle descriptions based on specifications. Dealers should review and approve all generated content before publishing.
• Valuations: AI-assisted price estimates based on market data. These are indicative only and should not be relied upon as formal valuations.
• Co-Broke Agreements: The Digital Witness Protocol creates cryptographic records of dealer agreements. While digitally signed, these are platform records and may not constitute legally binding contracts without additional legal review.

5. Dealer Subscriptions

• Free tier: Basic listing, up to 25 active vehicles, standard features
• Pro tier: Unlimited vehicles, AI tools, Co-Broke network, priority support
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

• The Llavis Auto platform, including auto.js, is our intellectual property
• Vehicle images and descriptions uploaded by dealers remain the dealer's property
• By listing on Llavis Auto, dealers grant us a licence to display their content on the platform and in marketing materials
• AI-generated descriptions created through our tools may be used freely by the dealer on any platform
• The auto.js widget may only be used by active Llavis Auto dealers on their own websites

7. Prohibited Activities

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform
• Listing stolen, cloned, or Category A/B write-off vehicles without disclosure
• Misleading pricing (e.g. advertising below the actual selling price)
• Using the AI advisor to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonating another dealer, buyer, or Llavis Auto staff
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or access controls

8. Liability

• Llavis Auto is a marketplace platform. We are not a dealer, broker, or party to any vehicle sale
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of dealer listings, AI-generated content, or valuations
• We are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and dealers
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a dealer listed on Llavis Auto, contact the dealer directly in the first instance. If unresolved, contact us at hello@llavisauto.com and we will assist where possible.

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to account holders. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
